Shivananda's Messages:

Every one of you is your own Guru.

This is the first task and understanding of those, who choose a Guru, to recognize their inner voice and align their whole personality with the soul, by nullifying and transforming the dual nature of individuality and developing discernment in the Heart.

Remove the implants that separate you from your soul and your soul from Spirit, so that duality is transcended for the collective unity.

I first met Shivananda at The Stargate Experience online event, where he was a guest. I was amazed by his presence. The very first in-person contact and hug were something that cannot be described in words. So much warmth, so much love, my whole body vibrated on a completely different level and I just burst into tears from the experience. Then, as I went through the whole program it just got deeper. My heart opened like a lotus flower and slowly my cells began to remember what it really is, this pure, unconditional love for myself and for all life. The most touching for me was my personal Darshan, where I went through a healing process, an intense cleansing of wounds and imbalances back generations, and faced the greatness of my being. Grace, peace, serenity, joy and gratitude were anchored in my heart. Experiencing this pure love is something I want in my life every day.

I first met Shivananda at his Ashram, at a 5 day event. Immediately after arriving, I felt strange vibrations in my body in the area of the heart, which soon subsided. I myself was not entirely sure that I was in the right place. During my stay in the ashram I wanted everything to be over as soon as possible, despite the very interesting experiences of peace and warmth, especially during the personal Darshan. It wasn't until I returned home that I felt the difference and understood the vastness of the energy of love that I had received. On the next visit, the experience deepened even more.
